Ingredients:
Left Ingredients:

Chocolate Pinipig Crunch:

50 gramong milk chocolate
1 kutsaritang mantikilya
1 tasang tinustang pinipig

Pandan Water:

4 na dahon ng pandan
2 tasang tubig



Right Ingredients:

Cake:

1 tasa at 2 kutsarang softasilk cake flour
1 1/2 kutsaritang baking powder
6 na kutsarang asukal
1/4 tasang mantika
4 na itlog (hiniwalay ang pula sa piti)
6 na kutsarang pandan water (haluan ng kaunting berdeng food calo ayon sa nais)
1/4 kutsaritang cream of tartar
6 na kutsa rang asukal

Buttercream Icing:

1 tasang asukal
1 tasang whipping cream kaunting berdeng food color
1 rasang pandan water
1 tasang mantikilya

Cooking Instructions:
Instructions: Tunawin ang chocolate at mantikilya. Ihalo ang pinipig at itabi. Sa kaserola,pakuluan ang pandan at tubig hanggang bumango. Palamigin.



Painitin ang oven sa 350F. Maghanda ng 2-9 inch na bilog na pan.



Sa mangkok,salaing magkasama ang arina baking powder at asin at asukal. Ihalo ang mantika,pula ng itlog at pandan water. Haluin hanggang pino. Batihin ang puti ng itkog at cream of tartar hanggang softpeaks stage. Masinsing ihalo ang binating itlog. Ibuhos sa dalawang pan at isalang sa oven nang 30 minuto o hanggang maluto. Balidtarin sa wire rack at palamigin Tanggalin sa pans.
