Cake:

6 na itlog (hiniwalay ang pula sa puti)
4 na kutsarang malamig na tubig
1 tasang asukal
1 tasang Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1 kutsaritang baking powder
1/4 kutsaritang cream of tartar
1/4 tasang asukal
Right Ingredients:

Palaman:

1/2 kilong patatas, nilaga at niligis
3/4 tasang asukal
1 kutasaritang ginadgad na balat ng dayap
3/4 tasang gatas
1/4 tasang mantikilya
3 pula ng itlog
Cooking Instructions:
Instructions: Painitin ang oven sa 325F. Pahiran ng shortening o mantika ang dalawang 13x9-inch rectangular baking pan at sapinan ng brown paper. itabi.



Ihanda ang Cake:Sa isang mangkok,batihin ang pula ng itlog.Idagdag ang tubig at asukal at batihin hanggang lumapot.Salain ang arina at baking powder.Masinsing ihalo sa binating itlog.Itabi.Sa mixer,batihin ang puti ng itlog.at cream of tartar hanggang softpeaks stage.Idagdag ng dahan-dahan ang asukal at batihin hanggang stiffpeaks stage.Masinsing ihalo ang binating pula ng itlog.Ibuhos sa baking pans. hurnuhin hanggang maluto ang cake.



Ihanda ang Plaman:Sa isang kaserola,paghaluin ang mga sangkap maliban sa pula ng itlog.Lutuin hanggang lumapot habang tuloy-tuloy na hinahalo. Lsama ang pula ng itlog at lutuin pa ng ilang minuto.

Ipalaman ang nilutong patatas sa pagitan ng dalawang cake.Pahiran ang ibabaw ng tinunaw na mantikilya.Budburan ng asukal.Hiwain sa maliliit na parisukat.Itabi sa repridyerator.
