Palaman:

1 tasang asukal
1/3 tasang constarch
1 tasang sabaw ng buko
1 tasang gatas ebaporada
1 kutsaritang vanilla
2 tasang ginayat na buko
Right Ingredients:

Crust:

2 tasang gold medal all-purpose flour
1/2 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang asukal
1/2 tasang mantikilya
1/4 tasang shortening
5-6 kutsaritang malamig na tubig eggwash

Cooking Instructions:
Instructions: Painitin ang oven sa 37F.Ihanda ang 8-inch pie plate.

Ihanda ang palaman: Sa kaserola,paghaluin ang asukal at conatarch.

Ibuhos ang sabaw ng buko at gatas.

Lutuin hanggang lunapot.

Idagdag ang vanilla at buko.Palamigin.

Sa isang mangkok, paghaluin ang arina,asin, at saukal.

Idagdag ang mantikilya at shortening. Haluing maigi.

Magdagdag ng sapat na tubig para makabuo ng masa.Hatiin ang masa sa dalawa na mas malaki ang isang bahagi.

Kunin ang mas malaking bahgi at padaanan ng rolling pin; hanggang maging manipis at maging kasing laki ng pie plate para matakpan ang ilalim at ang gilid nito.Ibuhos ang palaman. panipisin ang natirang masa at takpan ang palaman. pisilan ang mga gilid nito. pra magdikit ang dalawang crust.

Maglagay ng singawan sa pamamagitan ng pagtusokng tinidor sa ibabaw ng crust.

Pahiran ng eggwash.Hurnuhin ng 25-30 minuto o hanggang pumula ang crust.Plamigin bago hiwain.
