Instructions: Beat eggs. Add sugar to eggs gradually. Combine all the dry ingredients together. Combine all the liquid ingredients together. Pour dry and liquid ingredients alternately in thirds. Line two 9x12 rectangular baking pans with banana leaves. Bake in center of preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 mins or until firm in the center. |

The banana leaves are easier to work with when they get soft. To get them soft, simply pass the leaf gently right untop of a preheated stove top, being careful not to burn it.
