1/2 kilo Shrimps-Peel and devein but leave one segment of tail intact
1/3 cup oil
2 heads chopped garlic
2 siling labuyo -crushed
1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste or 1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps Bread crumbs

Instructions: 1.Put together the oil and garlic and head over low fire until garlic is crispy. When pink. Add rest of ingredients. Serve hot

Serving Suggestion:

Or use i kilo freash or canned button mushrooms. Same recipe. Omite tomato paste. Add 2 tbsps vinegar and 1 tbsp snipped parsley.
