Right Ingredients:
1/4 tsp cream of tartar 1/2 cup sugar gradually 1/4 cup freash butter 1 tsp vanilla 1-2/3 cups sreah milk 1- 1/2 tbsps cornstarch 2 whole eggs 1 big can of evaporated milk 1/4 cup Cocoa Ricoa

Instructions: 1. Line a jelly rool pa with wax paper and then grease. Setaside.
Beat High Speed :
5 eeggyolk and 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla until thick. Add 3/4 cup cake flour and 1 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
Beat at low speed just enough to mix together. set aside or beat above ingredients togerther high speed 2 mins.
Beat High Speed:
5 eggwhites and add 1/4 tbsps flour and add 1 big can of evaporated milk or use 1-2/3 cups fresh milk with 1-1/2 tbsps cornstarch. Pour into jelly rool pan and bake in a pre- heated 350F oven for 15 mins.
FILLING:
In a saucepan, place 4 tbsps flour and add 1 big can of evaporated milk or use 1-2/3 cups fresh milk with 1-1/2 tbsps cornstarch. Add tsp vanilla ; 1/2 cup sugar;2 whole eggs; 1/4 cup fresh butter.
for chocolate filling, add 1 tbsp Nescafe; 1/4 cup cocoaricoa; Use 3/4 cup sugar instead of 1/2 cup sugar plus other ingredients.
