Left Ingredients:

200 grms. pork, minced
100 grms. glutinous rice
3 pcs. dried mushrooms (soaked)

Right Ingredients:

Seasoning Mix :

1-1/2 tbsp. char siu sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp wine

Cooking Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Soak glutinous rice in water for 2 hours until soft Wash and drain. Dice soaked mushrooms.

2. Wash and dry pork. Mince Add in seasoning mix and mushrooms. Marinate for 45 minutes.

3.Shape the pork mixture into meatballs and coat with glutinous rice Arrange on a palte and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
