1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
4 tbsp Barbecue Marinade
3 cups Kangkong (Asian watercress )or spinach
1 tbsp sukang tuba
( Coconut Nectar Vinegar ) Salt to taste

Right Ingredients:

1. Heat cooking oil and saut? galic until golden brown.

2. Add barbecue Marinade and Kangkong leaves

3. When the leaves turn dark green, add the vinegar and salt.
4. Remove from heat and serve over hot rice.
